VIP ‘Autumn Brew Review’ Experience

It seems like every other week a new brewery opens in Minnesota making it hard to keep up with all of the amazing beers being crafted in our great state!  Thankfully, for 16 straight years, the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild has been producing a one-day beer festival that features all of these local breweries along with many nationwide favorites – Autumn Brew Review.  Join GetKnit and turn this awesome event into a full-day beer-lover’s dream with our Exclusive ‘Autumn Brew Review’ Experience!

Our day will begin at Town Hall Brewery in Minneapolis, where we will get our first taste of VIP treatment with a private “Beer Brunch” cooked up just for us by Chef Matt.  This 3-Course gourmet brunch includes the following courses and pairings:  1st Course – A Flight of Bacon: Featuring Beeler’s Bacon of Le Mars, Iowa.  Candied Walnut Bacon, Cracked Black Pepper Maple Bacon, and Creole Mustard Seed Bacon – Paired with “Foolish Angel” – Belgian Quadruple aged in Bourbon Barrels.  2nd Course – Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits and Gravy: Jalapeño, Cheddar, Corn Biscuits Smothered with a Sausage Poblano Cream with Futuristic Egg – Paired with Saison du Seize.  3rd Course – Blueberries 5 Ways: Blueberry Banana Pancakes Served with Nitrogen Vanilla Bean Blueberry Ice Cream, Blueberry Citrus Compote, and Fresh Blueberries – Paired with Blueberry Hefeweizen.

After we’ve indulged ourselves, we will hop into our VIP car service provided by Uber Minneapolis.  They will whisk us across town to the historic Grain Belt complex in Northeast Minneapolis where we will have no-wait access to the acclaimed Autumn Brew Review.  Once inside, we will have 4 hours to sample, toast, and taste.

As the event finishes up, use your included $40 Uber Credit to take you home, back to Town Hall Brewery, or to your next stop in your fun-filled Saturday night.  No matter where you end up, this day will have you feeling like a true VIP.
